A new girlfriend I met through my hiking club and I went out Wednesday evening to a venue called Belle and the Bear. It’s located in a cute subdivision of Cincinnati called Montgomery. Johnny Fink was the entertainment, along with a girl named Gina. He’s a local musician I’ve been following for close to 10 years. I’ve known about the venue for a few years, but I don’t go out much in the evenings anymore. It has outdoor seating and pool tables. I like the interior ceiling.

Friday morning, I went hiking at Devou Park with a guy friend. I’m trying to get in some hikes before I leave on my trip to Oregon and Canada.

Friday evening I went out with another girlfriend I met through the hiking club. I had her over for dinner and we went to a venue called The Lagoon Saloon, located in Ludlow, Kentucky. Jamie Combs was the musician. There weren’t many people there, but the musician was really good. They have a large outdoor area.
