I left my Airbnb in Saguenay, Quebec at 5:00 a.m. this morning and drove a little over 2 hours to a ferry that takes you across the St. Lawrence River to New Brunswick. I had to arrive 90 minutes before the ferry left, so I had breakfast and took a few photos.

Once the ferry left I took a few more photos. A lady pointed to a whale, but he only surfaced a bit. The crossing was an hour and 10 minutes.

Once the ferry arrived, I had a 5-hour drive through New Brunswick to get to Saint John. About halfway, I saw a sign that advertised a town with the longest covered bridge in the world, and it was only a 10-minute round trip detour so I had to check it out.

It was a long day, so after checking into my Airbnb, I drove a few minutes to a beach at the Bay of Fundy. I believe it was high tide.

Tomorrow, I’ll be taking another ferry to Nova Scotia!
