After departing Crater Lake Lodge (1st photo) this morning, I drove along the rim road, stopping at various scenic viewpoints.

Then I hiked the 2 mile Cleetman Cove trail, which is somewhat steep, descending 700 ft. in one mi and of course you have to ascend that same footage. I really enjoyed it! At the lake shore there were some people jumping from rocks into the water.

There was a deer on the lodge property last night. My room has a great view!

I just returned from having dinner at the Lodge this evening. It was very good, I had the steelhead trout. I’m driving to Bend, Oregon tomorrow morning. Happy 4th!
Looks like an amazing day enjoying the great outdoors around Crater Lake, dear Sherry – so beautiful! Thanks for sharing. 🤗☀️📷
