Day 6 of my Solo Oregon Adventure

I departed Crater Lake at 6:00am and drove two hours to the 1.5 mile Benham Falls East trail.

Then I drove into Bend and to the east of it where I hiked the 2 mile Tumalo Falls & Double Falls trail.

Upon arrival in Bend, Oregon, I walked around town a bit, checked out Drake Park and a farmer’s market. It seems to be a very well-planned, clean and charming town.

After arriving at my Airbnb, I unpacked a few things, and checked out the backyard, which backs up to a rushing river. The home has four separate bedrooms for rent.

Tomorrow I’m hiking at Smith Rock State Park.
