My first stop today was Temperance River State Park where I hiked the 2 mile Temperance River Hiking Club trail. The trail follows the gorge and river at first and then you’re hiking through woods.
I drove 5 minutes to the Sugarloaf Cove Nature Center and walked a short distance to the beach.
Tettegouche State Park is only a 15 minute drive from there. I hiked 3 miles on the Baptism River trail. The majority of the trail was very muddy, but it was worth it for the beautiful waterfall at the end.
I have a feature on my phone for long exposures. I like the effect.
My accommodation for the next two nights is a VRBO in Finland, Minnesota. It’s cute, and has two porches.
I’m enjoying my time in Minnesota!
Such great pictures. Looks like a beautiful place.
