I came back a couple of days early from my almost 5,000 mile road trip through Eastern Canada. I bit off more than I wanted to with that trip. I’ve been determined to make this a great summer, since last summer I was in rehab for my shoulder after breaking it on a trip.

The pool where I live is really nice with a great view of the skyline of Cincinnati. A friend came over to enjoy the cold water and relaxation.

I had a date and we had dinner at a restaurant I’d never been to. The decor was very cool!

A friend came over to swim and talk on my patio.

I went with a friend to a jazz bar I’ve never been to. The music was good.

Last night I went out with a couple of girlfriends to hear a band, the Billy Rock band, who I’ve heard through the years, and they’re great to dance to! It was at a place called Newport on the levee. The weather was glorious!
