It was another cloudy morning. I stopped at various lookouts along the coast driving from Santa Barbara to Santa Monica.

I paid $15 to park at the Santa Monica Pier. There were lots of seagulls, swooping and flying overhead. The pier reminded me a bit of Santa Cruz with the amusement park. There were some children playing in the surf. I had a mahi-mahi sandwich for lunch.

Tomorrow I fly to Denver and will have a rental car to explore some of the areas I haven’t been to.
