Yesterday morning I went to Iron Mountain Hot Springs. I arrived just as they opened, that’s why there aren’t people in my photos. It’s beautiful! So relaxing! There are over 30 hot mineral tubs of varying temperatures. I even used the 55° cold plunge multiple times.

A while back I booked a massage at Yampah Spa & Vapor Caves. It was good, but the masseuse wasn’t very friendly. It dates back to 1893. They have caves for sweating and there’s salt in the air. Here’s the relaxation room.

I had a date with a man that lives near Denver.  After we originally spoke, he knew I was going to be in Glenwood Springs so he decided to come to this area, gave me a call and invited me to dinner. We walked around the cute Glenwood Springs downtown area and played a game of pool.

I’m going e-bike riding today along the Glenwood Canyon Trail.
