My first few days living in Colorado

I arrived at my new home in Colorado on Monday. I’ll be living with a family in their large home. My space consists of the master bedroom, a sunroom with a partial kitchen, an ensuite bathroom, and an extra bedroom. The home is located on a golf course and backs up to a lake. This is the view from my space…

I settled in on Monday and Tuesday I took a short bike ride around the neighborhood. The lakes are very pretty!

Yesterday I went for a 3.5 mile hike. It was only a 20-minute drive from where I’m living.

I have lots of activities coming up and am grateful to be here.

  1. I spent nearly eight unforgettable years in Colorado before the military relocated us, and your posts totally make me nostalgic for it! I’m having an amazing time exploring new places here in the UK, but Colorado will forever hold a special, irreplaceable place in my heart. Enjoy every moment of your time there—you’re so lucky!
