I started my day yesterday with a 90-minute deep tissue massage at River Oaks Hot Springs Spa in Paso Robles.

Next I soaked in the mineral Hot springs tub and had a facial. I haven’t had a facial since my twenties.

Then I drove a half an hour to the coast, Morro Bay, and had lunch with a fantastic view of Morro Rock! It was 60° there, while back in Paso Robles it reached a high of almost 100°.

Finally I drove to Montaña de Oro State Park and hiked a section of the Bluff Trail and stopped at spooners cove.

Today I’ll go to a couple of wineries. Cheers 🥂
