I had a 12-hour travel day yesterday, which included a 4-Hour flight to Los Angeles and a 4-Hour drive to Templeton, which is a few miles from Paso Robles. Most people I’ve spoken to aren’t aware that Paso Robles is well known for its vineyards and wineries. The drive here was beautiful! There were rolling fields of gold and hills/ mountains with shades of sand, mauve, brown, and bluish green. I stopped at a couple of scenic overlooks.

After getting settled at my Airbnb, I took a much-needed nap. Then I went out to get a bite to eat and did a little exploring.

I have 2 weeks in California and then I’ll spend 2 weeks in Colorado.
