Last Thursday morning I drove from Buena Vista to just north of Silverthorne to hike a 5-mile trail. The mountains were already covered with a bit of snow. It was beautiful!

The view from the top of the trail was lovely!

Saturday I went bike riding with a friend on the South Platte River Trail. Along the way there were some scenic spots.

Back at my temporary home, the view from the deck as the sun was setting was spectacular!

Sunday I went to an event in Boulder called Porchfest. Musicians set up on various porches and perform throughout a neighborhood in Boulder. I met a guy who was fun and took a photo of him. I used my camera’s feature to make a caricature of him. I think it really looks like him.

I’ve been doing a lot of dating lately. Tuesday I met a man that I like. We have a date Saturday evening ☺️

Thursday I went with my hiking group to a trail in the mountains off of Guanella pass. The leaves were spectacular! We hiked almost 7 miles. There were a couple of stream crossings. I was pretty nervous on the first one but got used to it.
