Exploring Cordoba, Spain

Yesterday it stopped raining for a few hours and the sun came out! I walked about 4.5 miles…through various neighborhoods in Cordoba. I love old architecture and pretty flowers!

My main destination was the Palacio de Viana. The courtyards were so lovely with the fountains and greenery.

I prepare meals at home more often than I eat out. Since I’m a nomad now, my home is wherever I’m staying. I purchased/prepared fresh salmon and asparagus for dinner from the grocery for less than 6 euros and it was delicious! The pastries from a bakery were almost as much.

I’ve been doing more travel planning when it’s too rainy to explore. That’s one of the advantages of slow travel, you don’t feel like you have to see everything the first few days or week.

  1. Your photos are so beautiful, and so is Córdoba. It looks like a place well worth visiting, especially for travellers interested in history, architecture, and authentic Spanish culture. Thanks for sharing, and have a good day 🙂 Aiva xx
