Yesterday I only hiked about 2 mi. My legs were really feeling it from Tuesday’s 9 miles. First, I hiked the Black Balsam Knob via Art Loeb trail, off of the Blue Ridge Parkway in Canton, North Carolina.  The views were spectacular!

I stopped at a couple of scenic overlooks while on the Blue Ridge parkway. The autumn colors are really popping.

I stopped at Looking Glass Falls before heading back to my Airbnb.

I’ve seen a lot of beautiful scenery on my short road trip through North and South Carolina. Looking forward to arriving home this afternoon.
