This morning I awoke early as usual, and captured the beautiful sky before the sun rose. After leaving Prince Edward Island, I spent one night in New Brunswick with a sweet older couple that have a farm. She had breakfast ready at 6:30 a.m. this morning. Baked french toast, local sausage and mixed fruit.

I drove almost 4.5 hours to Bar Harbor, Maine and began exploring. The waterfront was lovely and the shops quaint.

For lunch, I had a cup of clam chowder, a half dozen oysters, and Dijon mussels… 😋

I stopped by the grocery and picked up a couple of pre-made salads. I’m at my Airbnb for the next three nights. Time to take a nap 😴
What a beautiful place. The colours in the sky and breakfast at the farmhouse table is the perfect way to start the day!

Bar Harbor is wonderful, such great food. Sherri, you must be incredibly organized to line up the number of Air BnBs etc you have and to stay on schedule for all those reservation dates. Well done.
