Beach Hopping in Puerto Rico

It rained the other morning, so my plans changed with the masseuse. We didn’t go to the waterfall. Instead we went to Buye Beach in Cabo Rojo. It was an hour drive. The skies were still cloudy with the sun occasionally peeking out. It was a Saturday and there were people with loud stereos playing Latin music.

Afterwards, we went to Varadero Seafood & Cuban Restaurant. I’m not sure I’ll go out with him again though.

Yesterday, I went to a few more beaches. Playa Dona Lala Beach.

It was fun watching pelicans dive for fish at Steps Beach Tres Palmas Marine Reserve.

Faro Punta Higuera lighthouse is pretty.

I watched the surfers at Maria Beach. It’s not really the type of beach to swim and bask in the sun. It’s a surfing Beach.

Today I have a medicinal plant class, which should be interesting.
