It’s almost been a week since I’ve been home from my month-long visit to Mexico City. I purchased a few things there for my home to add more color, a couple of decorative pillow cases for the living room, a table runner, a basket for the kitchen and a chicken 😅.

I have a large painting in my great room that’s very neutral so I ordered some paints that will arrive this week. I’d like to paint over it to make it look more like the second photo.

I made a couple of my favorite dishes, orzo with asparagus and cherry tomatoes, and a Greek salad.

I went shopping and purchased some Capri pants, tops, blazers, etc. and decluttered my closet.

I went to my brother and sister-in-law’s Saturday evening for dinner, the charcuterie board was yummy and the crab cakes my brother made were delicious, very little breading in them.

I went bicycling with a friend yesterday, we cycled 9 Miles, had a bite to eat in a cute town called Loveland and then cycled back. The weather was glorious with sunshine and 70°.

I’m very happy to be home!
