I took newborn photos of my friend’s grandchild on Friday. I haven’t done this type of photography in years. There was lots of prep work to do, looking at Pinterest for ideas, driving to a fellow photographers home to borrow his lighting, gathering props, etc. The shoot took 3 hours, that included time to consult with the mom concerning possible photos. Three week old Charlotte is precious, but she wouldn’t stay asleep after taking her bottle, therefore I wasn’t able to take as many photos as I would have liked.

Overall, I think they turned out pretty good.
