I’m enjoying living here in Hendersonville, N.C.  Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes…the Y, the grocery, the car wash, restaurants, hair salon, and the bike trail is 1 minute away.  Saturday I went to a nearby winery and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon.

My birthday was Sunday.  I went to a unity church that I’m enjoying. I took a nap 😴, made myself a yummy cod fish recipe and a healthy blueberry cobbler. I had a massage a few days ago…my birthday present from my sweet brother and sister-in-law. My present to myself was a new e-bike. I took it for a 12 mile bike ride on the Ecusta bike trail.

Yesterday, I joined a group through Meetup and went to the Grovewood Village Museums in Asheville, N.C.  Next door is The Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa. I visited there once a few years ago.

I was really impressed with the museums. There’s a car museum, a weaving museum, and an art museum, filled with unique glass/wood sculptures, furniture, etc.

I stopped by The Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa again, since it was right next door.
