Ault Park is one of the many beautiful Parks in the Cincinnati area, with frequent events, such as “Art in Ault” that I attended this past week. The work of Holly Schapker, a local artist, was on display along with complimentary wine and music!
I arrived early to take some photos. The pavilion has wonderful architecture for photographs and the gardens are beautiful!
As I passed a small group of attendees, I couldn’t restrain myself from asking to take the photo of this lovely lady and her stately Poodle!
This tree was the only one with branches that came out rather symmetrically from lower on the trunk…
This is the view the Artist painted in the next photo, with a slightly different angle…
She’s very talented…it looks like a photograph!
Beautiful fountain…
Cincinnati may not be a City on the “must visit” list, but I’m on a mission to change that!

What a lovely poodle. The larger ones are just fabulous – smaller ones are too but there is just something about seeing a large one that reminds me of Alice in Wonderland and the cakes that read ‘eat me’ after which she grew larger.

I’ve never watched Alice in Wonderland…I know I need to. But I agree…the larger ones look like they’re from the comic books or something.

Love that tree! Of course, I really like all your photos, Sherry. You always find beauty in average people and art in the seemingly mundane. Thanks as always for sharing!

Oh, a few months ago, I put up a post on my first ..erm… “adult” experience in Spanish. My mum finally got herself online last week, and now I live in fear of her finding it!!! lol.
